Privacy information
Green Nature Resources Limited, trading as Green Nature 808, respects the privacy of people who make business enquiries.
Information you provide
The enquiry form submits your organisation, business email, selected interest and message to Green Nature 808. We store these with our hosting provider in an owner-only inbox to review and respond to your enquiry. Records older than 180 days are cleared when the enquiry service or inbox is used. It does not subscribe you to marketing emails. “Copy enquiry” copies text to your device’s clipboard; anyone with access to that clipboard may be able to read it. You may instead email us directly.
Portfolio access requests
The EU GMP portfolio form submits your name, company, business email, country, product interests, intended market and any optional details to Green Nature 808. We store these with our website hosting provider to review your request, record the access decision and respond to you. It does not subscribe you to marketing emails.
Request records are reviewed and cleared after 180 days through routine operation of the request service. You can ask us to remove your details sooner by emailing b@greennature808.com. Approved access links expire after seven days and may be revoked earlier. Short-lived, hashed network identifiers help limit automated form submissions.
What not to send
Do not submit prescriptions, patient records, medical histories or other sensitive personal information. Initial enquiries should be limited to business and product information.
Business correspondence
Information sent directly to Green Nature 808 may be retained where necessary to assess an enquiry, manage a commercial relationship, meet legal obligations or establish and defend legal rights. Access is limited to those who need it for the relevant business purpose.
Your rights
Where European data protection law applies, you may have rights concerning access, correction, erasure, restriction and objection. Requests may be sent to b@greennature808.com.
Website operation
Essential hosting and security records may be processed by the website hosting provider. Optional Google Analytics runs only after you accept analytics through our cookie notice.
Google Analytics and your cookie choice
With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand visits to our public pages and improve the website. Google processes information such as pages viewed, visit times, referring websites, browser and device information, and identifiers stored in analytics cookies. Our measurement ID is G-PBKP7XQR93. The Google tag remains blocked until you accept; declining does not prevent you from using the website or its enquiry forms.
Our installation keeps advertising storage, advertising personalisation and Google signals disabled. We exclude query strings and fragments from the page address supplied in our Analytics configuration. Private administration pages, access-approval pages and protected portfolio downloads are not tagged. Our forms do not deliberately send the information you enter to Google Analytics.
Analytics uses first-party cookies named _ga and _ga_PBKP7XQR93. We configure these cookies to expire after 180 days without extending that expiry on each visit. Your accept or decline choice is stored separately in your browser’s local storage for 180 days solely to remember your preference.
Use the Cookie settings button available on every public page to change your choice. Declining stops Analytics collection for this installation and removes its accessible analytics cookies. Withdrawal does not undo processing that took place while you had consented. Clearing your browser’s stored data or using another browser may cause the notice to appear again.
Google may process data outside Ireland and the European Economic Area under the safeguards described in its service terms. Request emails
When our email sending service is connected, we use Resend to send a receipt confirmation to the address you provide and a notification to our business inbox. Receipt confirmations do not grant portfolio access or subscribe you to marketing. Only the details needed for these messages are shared with the email provider. We retain notification content and sending status for up to 180 days and clear older records when the private email log is used. Provider acceptance does not guarantee inbox delivery.
Activity counts
We keep daily totals of homepage and portfolio preview loads, collection and email link clicks, successful enquiries, portfolio access requests and protected portfolio downloads to understand use of the site. From 16 October 2026 we also count broad referral categories (such as Facebook or search engines); we do not retain full referring URLs or campaign text. Short-lived hashed network identifiers limit repeated counting requests. These totals do not store names, email addresses, IP addresses, device identifiers or browsing histories. Browser activity counting is skipped when Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track is enabled. Counts are not a record of unique visitors or proof that a document was read.
